The brief
Coach Youssef Arafat wanted a commercial where he is the hero — not a model, not a stock athlete. The product is creatine, and the story had to be simple: he trains, takes the scoop, and the power kicks in.
No studio, no shoot day. Everything had to be generated — and it still had to look like him in every single frame.
The breakdown
Brief, identity lock, world, grade and final cut in 28 seconds — the whole pipeline at a glance.
How it was made
Five phone photos became one 3-panel character sheet — front, back and a close-up — with his real height, build and gym outfit, so the face never drifts between shots.
A dark luxury gym designed as a location sheet, plus the bar and the product, all fed to Seedance 2.0 as locked elements so every angle lives in the same space.
Bench opening, a one-arm curl with an orbit and a top-down angle, the walk to the bar and the scoop, a product hero, the flex — closed with a speed-ramped macro montage.
Flat grey generations graded to teal shadows, gold practicals and warm skin — and held identical across all six scenes.
Cut on the beat with crash zooms in and out, finished with the HUNTX logo sting and delivered for every platform.
